Magellan The New Cruise & Maritime Voyages Ship

On the Plus Side, Magellan, the New Cruise Ship From Cruise & Maritime Voyages sails from Tilbury. An easy port to find, park up at and you are then on your cruise holiday.

The Ship itself is small(ish) with the most delightful friendly crew and the food was pretty good as well

The Cabins are a good size. The inside cabins in particular are a really good size and the ship is generally in good condition

This Cruise Ship will probably only appeal to passengers who are 60 plus. If you are thinking of going on this ship with kids - I wouldn't if I were you.

Because it used to be owned by Carnival Cruise Line, it has that rather hideous "wing thing" on its funnel.

So, its a second hand cruise ship and its a little bit tired but not too bad considering

A very Berry boost for Britannia as baking queen joins Britain’s only cookery school at sea

Baking queen Mary Berry will head a line up of the UK’s best loved chefs hosting cookery lessons onboard P&O Cruises new ship Britannia this year.

10 celebrity chefs will be on a number of Britannia’s sailings throughout the year during which they will run cookery classes, host exclusive chef’s table dinners, participate in Q&A sessions and book signings. The full line-up is as follows:
